1. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1.1 License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

1.2 App Features

• Record GPS routes
• Take photos along a route
• Export and send reports (route data + photos) via email
• Playback recorded route
• Navigate to recorded route
• Browse recorded routes
• Search routes using address criteria

1.3 Data Transmission

All data such as GPS and photos are stored locally in encrypted way. Data is only transmitted if you choose to send a report by email in encrypted way. No data is sent automatically.

1.4 Permissions

• Location: For route recording
• Camera & Storage: To take/store photos
• Motion sensor: Step tracking
• Internet: To send reports
• Notifications: For tracking alerts

1.5 User Responsibilities

• Use the App lawfully
• Do not share unauthorized content
• Obtain consent for media including others

1.6 Restrictions

• No reverse engineering or redistribution
• No use for unauthorized tracking

1.7 Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Accuracy and delivery of data are not guaranteed.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

The Developer is not liable for data loss, sharing misuse, or device-based errors.

1.9 Termination

This Agreement ends upon breach or app removal.

1.10 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Information collected by Application

• Email address: Only for sending reports
• Usage data: App navigation events
• Location: GPS tracking during recording
• Camera & Storage: Photos and route exports
• No cookies or user tracking used

2.2 How We Use Your Data

• To operate and maintain the App
• To allow user-requested report export

2.3 Permissions Required

• Camera: Capture photos
• Location: Record route
• Storage: Export reports
• Motion sensor: Count steps
• Notifications: Background tracking
• Email (user-provided): Send reports

2.4 Third-Party Services

We use Google AdMob for ads. AdMob may collect anonymized device data. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy.

2.5 Data Retention

Data is stored locally. Uninstalling the app deletes all data.

2.6 Data Sharing

No data is sold or shared automatically. Reports are only sent when you request it.

2.7 Your Privacy Rights

• GDPR: Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection
• CCPA: Know, delete, opt-out (we do not sell data)

2.8 Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for users under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has submitted data.

2.9 Security Measures

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures, but no system is fully secure.

2.10 International Transfers

All data remains on the user’s Android device unless explicitly exported.

2.11 Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes will appear in-app and on this page.
